What?

DataFilter simplifies the management, analysis, curation and sharing of web data. Using a centralized, collaborative system to organise the best sources and data, it encourages knowledge sharing while reducing information overload.

How?

1. Collaboratively Add, Organise and Rank data sources

Add web data sources like an RSS feed, a YouTube API call, Open Government data, a query from DBpedia etc. Organise the sources into categories and channels. Finally Rank and/or approve the sources based on your opinion.

2. Collect and Store the data

Collect, clean and store the data from all the various sources.

3. Report and Analyse the data

Create multiple views of the data like the current dashboard view of news or a mobile friendly layout. Save and recommend the collected data to highlight interesting items or articles.
